Nomophobia

The Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q) is a 20-item self-reported questionnaire to measure the severity of nomophobia. It has been validated among college students and teachers.

Originally the NMP-Q was developed in English. It has been translated into Turkish and researchers from all around the world are adapting it to other cultures and contexts.

You can use the NMP-Q for research purposes without asking for permission. Two versions of the NMP-Q are available below for download.
